Minnesota Dental Anesthesia

Professional Nurse Anesthetists for Your Dental Practice

Twin Anesthesia is is passionate about creating a positive experience for all patients.

Many patients have anxiety about dental procedures. Some are young; others have special needs. In addition, some patients may have had a traumatic dental experience in the past. Our anesthesia service allows you to perform complex procedures or even many procedures in one appointment while the patient is sedated and comfortable.

By offering this service, we can take the fear out of dentistry for these patients, increasing the likelihood that they will return in the future for preventative visits.

Your Child’s Procedure

If you are bringing your child in for a procedure, we encourage you to bring in an item of comfort. Your child can have their favorite toy, blanket, or stuffed animal with them throughout the entire experience. We also ask caregivers to remain confident and calm throughout the process, as your child may pick up on your anxiety. We will do everything possible to make this experience as positive as possible while providing safe, compassionate care.

We have worked with a wide variety of clinics throughout the Minneapolis metropolitan area. Please feel free to contact us for references.

Our NPO Guidelines

We follow strict ASA guidelines on NPO status. We request that patients not eat or drink after midnight before their procedure. If a patient has not adhered to the guidelines, we may have to cancel their procedure.

How do we bill patients?

If you are interested in our services, please reach out to us. We will send you our billing structure and can answer any questions you have. Some insurance companies will reimburse patients for anesthesia. Feel free to contact us regarding reimbursement questions and billing.

Other Services

Would you like to become sedation certified? We can help! We can also educate your staff in anesthesia and perioperative anesthesia care.

The positive impact Twin Anesthesia has made on my practice and patients is immeasurable. They make dentistry easy for the doctor and the experience excellent for the patient. If you want a sedation team that’s savvy clinically, kind with patients, and easy to work alongside, this is the team for you.
